Sinopsis

Sid Vicious y Johnny Rotten son dos de las estrellas del grupo de rock ”Sex Pistols”.

Sid se enamorará de una chica americana, Nancy, y ambos no sólo mantendrán una relación juntos sino también con el mundo de las drogas.

En octubre de 1978, en el hotel Chelsey de NY, Nancy es encontrada apuñalada junto a Sid, abatido de pena.

Arrestado y acusado de asesinato, muere de sobredosis antes del comienzo de su proceso judicial….

Retrato de las aceleradas y peligrosas vidas de Sid Vicious, uno de los miembros del legendario grupo punk Sex Pistols, y su novia Nancy Spungen….

Basada en la historia autobiográfica de Sid Vicious.

Stratovarius fué fundado in 1984. La formación inicial fué: Vocalista y bateria Tuomo Lassila, bajo John Vihervä y guitarrista Staffan Stråhlman. Timo Tolkki se unió a la banda en 1985 como el vocalista. La Banda hizo su primera cinta demo en 1987. Éste incluyó temas como Future Shock, Fright Night y Night Screamers.Después del demo el tecladista Antti Ikonen se une a la banda. Un primer single Future Shock y Wich Hunt vinieron en 1988 y el album debut fue lanzado en Mayo de 1989. En 1990 el grupo no contaba con un contrato de ningún sello discográfico y financiaban las grabaciones por si mismos. El segundo album Stratovarius II fué lanzado a mediados de 1992. En Octubre de 1992 Stratovarius II fué lanzado con una nueva carátula y un nuevo nombre Twilight Time en toda Europa y Japón, donde fué el album mejor importado en 1993. El tercer album Dreamspace fué lanzado mundialmente en Febrero y Marzo de 1994. Luego un nuevo vocalista se integra Timo Kotipelto y un nuevo album Fourth Dimension llega en 1995 y dobla las ventas del anterior Dreamspace. Luego del suceso de Fourth Dimension Timo Tolkki and Timo Kotipelto decidieron buscar otros miembros para llegar más lejos. Un nuevo baterista Jörg Michael y un nuevo tecladista Jens Johansson fueron esas contrataciones. Otro album Episode fue lanzado en 1996. En 1997 la banda hace su último album Visions, que continúa con el estilo del anterior Episode. Por supuesto la música más desarrollada y mucho mejor. El album de colección The Past and Now fué lanzado en Japón en 1997 por JVC y fué vendido directamente. Stratovarius realiza su primera gira por el mundo Tour Visions-97 ,que comenzó en Mayo de 1997. Estuvieron por primera vez en sudamérica y el tour fué un éxito total. En 1998 Stratovarius lanza su primer album en vivo,este fué el Visions of Europe que fué grabado en Grecia e Italia. En Octubre de 1998 Stratovarius lanzó su séptimo album de estudio llamado Destiny. El Album ha sido un gran suceso especialmente en Finlandia. Destiny fue muy luego numero uno en rankings y obtuvo disco de oro en Finlandia.
